    KD-LN2000CW-TC endoscopic high temperature industrial TV equipment is a special closed circuit TV equipment used in high temperature environment. This equipment is suitable for flame monitoring or material monitoring of coal-fired, oil-fired and gas-fired boilers and other kilns directly burning fuel.

    For fuel oil, coal and gas furnace, this equipment only uses compressed air, no water. It can directly extend the camera lens into the kiln (below 2200℃) to continuously monitor the heating, annealing, waste incineration and combustion status of materials in the furnace and the combustion flame shape of coal cinder.

    According to the scientific design of airflow distribution, the rotating wind curtain is formed at the front end of the lens, which increases the intensity and purge area of the wind curtain, effectively stops the contact between the dust in the furnace and the lens objective lens, and achieves a better ash resistance and dust resistance effect. So that the system equipment can be long-term continuous and stable operation under the condition of basic maintenance free.

    Pure Air Cooling Technology


    The equipment adopts forced air cooling, simple to use, easy to maintain and not subject to regional restrictions. The cooling technology is used to ensure the normal operation of the system.
